Classical Dance

Groups who are allowed to perform  :

Age: 12 to 14 years → Group A
Age: 15 to 17 years → Group B
Age: 18 to 22 years → Group C

Variation's repertoire (female dancer):

Variation repertoire compulsory and 3 minutes free variation (maximum) in neoclassical style which can be with toe tips or not. Must be specified the ballet, the variation, the choreographer and composer.

Variation's repertoire (male dancer):

Variación categoría 18-22

Variation repertoire compulsory and 3 minutes free variation (maximum) in neoclassical style which can be with toe tips or not. Must be specified the ballet, the variation, the choreographer and composer.

Contemporary Dance

Groups who are allowed to perform:

Age: 15 to 18 years → Group B
Age: 19 to 22 years → Group C

6 minutes free variation (maximum).

Spanish Dance

Groups who are allowed to perform:

Age: 15 to 18 years → Group B
Age: 19 to 22 years → Group C

Free variation. Escuela bolera with Spanish dance shoes and castanets.

Free variation with Spanish dance shoes.

Flamenco

Groups who are allowed to perform:

Age: 15 to 18 years → Group B
Age: 19 to 22 years → Group C

Free variation. Escuela bolera with Spanish dance shoes and castanets.

Free variation with Spanish dance shoes.

Group's Conditions

Possibility to report to group from 3 to 6 and from 6 to 12, in all disciplines and in all categories B and C.

The variations can’t exceed 3 minutes.

For the Classical Dance, with point shoes.

For the Spanish Dance, with shoes.

 

 

The participants have to be the ages required within the year, which means during the period between January 1st and December 31th 2012.

The participants cannot come from any professional company.

2. Schedule

The schedule will be determined by the technical direction, keeping the right of possible changes.

It will start on Saturday morning with classical and contemporaneous dance, then Spanish dance and Flamenco will follow. For all the disciplines, the order of the act performances will be determined by alphabetic order. 

Once semi-finals will be over, there will be an announcement communicating which participants will go to the final the day after. 

Those who are going to participate to the semi final will act on Sunday morning. Afterwards the jury will decide who the winners are. While the jury is making up his decisions, we will be able to enjoy a great gala with international artists. Once the jury decides, they will give the answer publically and then the prizes will be given to the winners.

3. Puntuación

The final punctuation is the average for the evaluation of each components of the jury.
