
Manager of Contraseña Produccions, she started her artistic career as a dancer, after finishing her studies at the Institut del Teatre of Barcelona and working in several European places. Then, she left to New York to the American Ballet Theater, where she meets the maestro Hèctor Zaraspe with whom she works and still have a great friendship. She has been part of the Gran Teatre del Liceu Ballet, of the Spain National Ballet with Victor Ullate, of independent companies, of the Ballet-Teatre of Barcelona directed by Clara Kimitto, of the Classical ballet of Barcelona directed by Laura Mas, the dance company of the Institut del Teatre directed by Barbara Kasprowitz who created the Compañia Esbatec Neoclàssic, where she doesn’t only dance but also starts to choreograph. She also designs and produces costumes for different shows. As a choreograph, she won the prize of Tortola València de la Generalitat de Catalunya. 25 years ago, she created her company of design and production of costumes, shoes and dance items called “Ginadan”. Nowadays she has expanded her company with the brand “Fit – Danzat” which has a shop in Barcelona. But she dedicates the major part of her creativity to Contraseña Produccions S.L. which is a company of shows production and artistic services. Since 1985 she starts to choreograph different shows and productions and since 1994 she created Contraseña Produccions S.L., as a producer. Her first work has been the production of the far West show in Port Aventura, the only Spanish production. In this production we were in charge of the whole creation and production, the costumes design, the stage design...until the final on the Since 1994 until today it has been a permanent evolution, many projects, challenges, a great team.... We produced, choreographed and directed great and small shows, the celebration of Centenario del Cava Codorniu, the end of the Peseta and the entrance of the Euro with the Real Casa de la Moneda of Spain, with 200 artists. The Pentagana musical show about the children healthy alimentation with Pep Sala music, the inauguration show of the Olympics of the Andorra States, we collaborated into the inauguration show of the Athletics European games in Barcelona..... In all of our projects we have got the dance leit motiv. In 2005 we started the international dance course during the summer in Borreda, then we kept on with the Certamen ; the international dance contest in Barcelona to be able this year to inaugurate the Cadaqués dance course. After studying dance in Argentina, he went to Europe to refine his techniques. Later on he settled down in the U.S.A. giving classes in the Juillard School for 34 years. Furthermore he was appointed as professor to the American Ballet Center, Harkness House, Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, El Het National Ballet, Ballet Internacional de Caracas, Teatro Colón, Jofrey Ballet etc. In addition to teaching, he was a personal master of the legendary couple Rudolph Nureyev and Margot Fonteyn. He was also assigned for directing and choreographing films as “55 días en Pekín” in 1963 and for various concerts, operas and musicals at Broadway etc. Finally in 1993 he created the Zaraspe Foundation in South America to support dance education whereby he demonstrates his affection for art and culture. Born in Israel, Igal Perry began his dancing career with Karmon, a folk dance company, and later joined the Bat-Dor Dance Company where he worked with leading teachers and choreographers including Inesse Alexandrov, Benjamin Harkarvy, John Butler, Rudi Van Dantzig, Alvin Ailey, Paul Sanasardo, and Lar Lubovitch. Upon arriving in the United States, Mr. Perry joined Dennis Wayne’s Dancers as a ballet master and choreographer. During that period, he staged John Butler’s work for the New York City Opera, the Opera of Munich, Caracas Ballet, and Teatro Alla Scala in Milan, where he also directed the world premiere of Krzysztof Penderecki’s opera Paradise Lost.Mr. Perry’s first full evening of ballets, Chromatic Motions, was presented in 1979, in collaboration with the Manhattan School of Music, presenting works to original music by Rand Steiger, Randy Packer, Edward Billous, and more. In 1981 and 1982, he headed the ballet department at Jacob’s Pillow, and went on to co-direct the Clive Thompson Dance Company. In 1983, Mr. Perry celebrated the opening of his dance school Peridance Center, which has since been providing a nurturing and professional environment for all dancers.A year after the opening of his school, he founded his dance company, the Peridance Ensemble, for which he has choreographed over 50 works,. BAM, The Joyce Theater and City Center are amongst the many theaters the Ensemble has performed in through the years, Mr. Perry has collaborated with numerous composers including John Mackey, Quentine Chappetta, Phillip Hamilton, and Avner Dorman, with whom he has created the full length work Dreams and Demons (2003). Mr. Perry’s international engagements as a teacher and choreographer include The Scapino Ballet and Het National Ballet (Holland), Laterna Magica and the National Ballet (Prague), Architanz (Tokyo), The Royal Ballet of Sweden, The National Ballet of China, and the Kwang-Ju City Ballet Company (Korea), where he also serves as Artistic Director for the Kwang- Ju International Ballet Competition. Mr. Perry’s works are in the repertories of companies throughout the world, including the Batsheva and Bat-Dor Dance Companies (Israel), Companhia de Danca de Lisboa (Portugal), the Alberta Ballet (Canada), Complexions (USA) and Alvin Ailey II (USA). Since 1995, Mr. Perry has been serving as guest master teacher at Juilliard, where he also staged his Intimate Voices, and premiered Mourning Song, created for the Juilliard Dance Ensemble. Mr. Perry’s work has been repeatedly presented at the prestigious Florence Dance Festival, Italy, by Peridance Ensemble as well as by Florence Dance Company. In May 2007, Mr. Perry was inducted into the Dance Library of Israel Hall of Fame. He began his career in Moscow at the world famous Bolshoi Ballet Academy (Degree of Ballet Artist), the Russian Academy of Theatrical Art (GITIS) and the Moscow State Academy of Choreography (Degree in Pedagogy and Choreography). As a Principal Artist he toured throughout the World with the internationally acclaimed Moscow Festival Ballet (later the Russian National Ballet), Cincinnati Ballet, Bolshoi Ballet, and Russian and European Stars of the Ballet. He captured the attention of critics and audiences with his precise and tender portrayal in "Giselle," "Swan Lake," "Don Quixote," "Carmen," "Lady of the Camellias," "Three Musketeers," "Romeo and Juliet," "Wuthering Heights," "Madame Butterfly," "L'Apres-midi d'un Faune," "Petrouchka," and in numerous works by George Balanchine, Frederic Franklin, Val Caniparoli, David Nixon, Mauricio Wainrot, Lila York, Nills Christy and other acclaimed masters. Mr. Kremnev received superlative reviews in the "New York Times," "Los Angeles Times" and "Dance Magazine" for the leading roles he danced. He was the recipient of the Leonide Massine Award and the Bronze Medal during 1992 International Diaghilev Competition in Moscow. He also claimed an Honorable Diploma in 1996 at the Nureyev International Ballet Competition as well as the 1996 Lifar International Ballet Competition. As a Principal Guest Artist, Choreographer and Teacher, Mr. Kremnev has worked with many companies, including Northern Ballet Theatre (England, U.K.), Joffrey Ballet, Ballet Met, Tulsa Ballet Theatre, Essex Dance (U.K.) and has participated in a Ballet Stars Master Class Series in England and in Germany. In 1998 and 1999 Mr. Kremnev was featured nationwide in the PBS Holiday Specials "Love is Here to Stay" and "A Family Thanksgiving". In August of 2002 the first annual "Gala of International Ballet Stars" was presented in Cincinnati, OH with great success and rave reviews, primarily due to the suggestion, encouragement and artistic leadership of Mr. Kremnev along with Anna Reznik. The same year Mr. Kremnev was recognized as one of the Most Influential People in the Arts in Cincinnati ("City Beat"). As a Choreographer and Teacher, Mr. Kremnev has been praised for his extraordinary ability to work with a young generation of dancers and also for his originality and creativity. In 2004-2006 Mr. Kremnev's choreography was presented at the legendary Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow and he received the "Outstanding Choreographer Award" at Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) in 2006, 2007 and 2009. As Artistic Director, Mr. Kremnev lead Southold Dance Theater to become "The Outstanding School" at YAGP in 2008 and was credited with an impressive improvement in all aspects of Southold's as well as Evansville Dance Theatre's operation, including repertoire, programming, enrollment, administration and community relations. Currently, Mr. Kremnev is Artistic Director of the Joffrey Ballet's Academy of Dance, official school of the Joffrey Ballet. Under Mr. Kremnev's leadership the Joffrey Ballet's Academy of Dance has become "The Outstanding School" at YAGP in 2010. He shows 28 years of experience in the world of spectaculars contributing to innovations regarding different kinds of expression as an art and stage director. Beside the collective creation he positioned himself as creator of teams with a considerable desire to experiment with diverse trends and forms of artistic expression. At the beginning of the 1980s he began his career with the most radical and vanguard theatre in Europe, forming part of the founding group of Cia. Fura dels Baus, as artistic creator and stage director. In addition he directed dance, theatre, circus spectaculars and commercial campagins as well as macro events and celebrations on the international level. Later in Dicember 2008 he designed and directed the aerial choreographies of “A”, a musical by Nacho Cano. All in all he is a multidisciplinary artist who always reinvents himself. He started at 16 years old with the National Lyrics Company, it was a springboard to enter in 1979 at the Spain National Ballet as a soloist under the direction of Antonio Gades and first dancer with María de Ávila. In order to dedicate to the education and the choreography creation, he leaved the stage. He created the flamenco comedy “Rinconete y Cortadillo” coproduces by the International Festival of Music and Dance of Grenada and the Flamenco Bienal of Sevilla. Between 2005 and 2007 he has given pedagogic and choreographic classes at the Superior conservatory of Malaga. In 2006 he signed a collaborative agreement with the municipal institute of scenic arts of Cordoba and opened the “Javier Latorre” Dance Center at the theatre La Axerquía. From this moment, the Javier Latorre Dance Company was become the resident company of the Gran theatre of Cordoba. He was choreographer adviser of the spectacle, ¡Viva Jerez! In 2008 In 2009, he was the choreographer of Fedra of Miguel Narros, which Lola Greco was the first dancer. He was the choreographer of the movie Flamenco Flamenco oh Carlos Saura. 2011: National Price of Dance de, (Creation), Culture minister. Undoubtedly one of our international musicians. His career is immense. Participates and collaborates with many national and international artists. He recently composed the music of the ballet Hansel Jehanne led by Cherry and released last November. Also collaborate to create the music of Los Angeles Memorial to be released soon with the National Ballet of Spain.
